Terms & licensing

Our themes are independently developed for Shopify merchants. They are not approved or endorsed by Shopify. Shopify subscriptions, apps and services are separate from your theme purchase.

Before you buy

Review the live demo, documentation, supported features and product description. Demo photographs, products, menus and other store content are not included unless the product explicitly states otherwise. A demo store may require a preview password.

License and purchase terms

License scope, store limits, update eligibility, support period and refund conditions must be stated on the specific product offer and its checkout before purchase. If any of these details are unclear, contact us before paying. Purchasing is available only for products with an active checkout offer.

Customization and compatibility

Custom code and third-party app integrations may require separate development. Back up your theme and preview changes before publishing. Read the documentation for features that depend on your store configuration.

Support

Use our central support form for setup questions or issues with an IQNet theme. Do not send passwords or API tokens. Custom development and changes to third-party apps are not included unless agreed separately.

Payments

When available, purchases are completed through Lemon Squeezy. Review the final price and purchase terms shown there. For purchase questions, provide your order reference through support.
