Information you share

When you contact support, we collect your name, email address, selected product, order reference if provided, and the message you send. We use these details to handle your request and follow up with you. Please do not submit passwords, tokens, payment card details or other sensitive data.

Storage and service providers

The website and support records are hosted using Vercel. Support records are held in private storage and are accessible to the site administrator. Payment processing and digital delivery, when enabled, are provided by Lemon Squeezy under its own privacy terms. This website does not collect payment card numbers.

Cookies and abuse prevention

An essential session cookie is used when an administrator signs in. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. A hashed network identifier and time-limited counters are used to limit repeated login attempts and support submissions.

Retention and your requests

Support messages remain available to the administrator until deleted. You can request access, correction or deletion through the support form, quoting your ticket reference. Information needed for a legal obligation or an ongoing dispute may need to be retained.
